Hello, I'm Andy, a Remedial Massage Therapist. Having had a lifelong interest in massage and the benefits it can provide, I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2014. During the time I was studying I had the good fortune to work with some brilliant therapists who helped me refine my technique and improve the focus of my treatments. I have done many specialised units since then and hope to use this knowledge to achieve the maximum benefit for my clients.
I use Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point, Sports, Stretching (MET/PNF) and Myofascial techniques, underpinned with the techniques of Swedish massage.
I have a strong interest in postural correction and structural balancing to provide a solid foundation for both sporting activities and activities of daily living. I look forward to working with you to ease your aches or free your movement.
