Terry is a Myotherapist based in Brisbane with over fifteen years experience of in treating musculoskeletal and myofascial pain. He is highly qualified with most of his training and experience gained in the UK, working with a wide variety of consumers. His original training was as a McTimoney Chiropractor, though Australia does not recognise that education. Besides teaching as a senior course coach on one of the first Myotherapy courses in Brisbane, he has also completed a substantial amount of additional soft tissue training to date. Besides like Dry Needling, he also uses a wide variety of myofascial release techniques.
Terry has developed a specific interest in trauma-related injuries, though he still regularly treats less complicated work and sports-type injuries. His process is not for everybody, as consumers are empowered to participate in the treatment process. The joint process, combines consumer education, hands-on treatment, prescriptive exercise and preventative advice.
