Mic turned his passion for sport into a passion for helping athletes. As a Massage Therapist he helps athletes to perform optimally and recover faster from training and racing. Mic is trained in Swedish, Remedial & Sports Massage, CORE Mayofascial Release, Emmett Technique, Bowen Technique, Advanced Dry Needling, Smart Tools (IASTM), Fascial Cupping, FAKTR, Lymphatic Drainage and functional taping.
With 29 Ironman Triathlons under his belt and 3 World Championships, Mic has received a lot of body work through the years. As a result, his focus has been to package his soft tissue skills into a treatment that combines many different techniques to achieve optimal performance and recovery.
Mic is also an Athlete Coach along with his wife, Dr. Sherry. Together they specialize in Triathlon, Swim, Bike, and Run training as well as Swimming and Running Techniques. For 10 years Mic has been Head Swimming Coach and President of the 2nd largest triathlon club in Switzerland.
