Stef holds a Bachelor Degree in Health Science (Musculoskeletal Therapy), completed at the Endeavour College of Natural Health. I have a keen interest in treating a variety of conditions, including headaches, neck pain, and shoulder pain, upper and lower back pain and postural issues. I have a firm belief in the benefits of massage and maintaining the body’s structural integrity both in everyday life and post-injury. While utilizing remedial massage techniques, I also incorporate trigger-point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, stretching and strengthening exercises and non-invasive rhythmic joint mobilizations.
