Hi, my name is Carly Allen and I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist.
I specialise in sports massage, chronic pain and lymphatic drainage to assist clients in either maintaining or improving their health and well being.
I am passionate about helping others, the human body and sports. I work under the philosophy that the body works and moves as a whole so therefore should be treated as such to eliminate body dysfunctions. My treatments consist of combining a number of techniques to achieve maximum results for your body, muscle alignment and your range of motion. These can include Sports; Trigger Point Therapy; Deep Tissue; muscle energy work; stretching; joint loosening, relaxation techniques & Lymphatic Drainage.
