Alex began his research to get on top of his pain from the age of 12. He now runs seminars all of the country www.breaking-through-the-pain-paradigm.com. Alex is the founder of SPINOPRACTIC MASSAGE which utilises remedial massage techniques with a profound knowledge of the spine to help people take control of their back and neck pain amongst other things.
Alex went through debilitating back pain at the age of 12. After researching and becoming his own 'guinea pig' to finding what worked, his answer was right in front of his face. His uncle, being an outstanding massage practitioner was the only person who was able to get Alex back on his feet. Alex then asked his uncle to mentor him in learning his style of massage. Alex went on to be mentored by other selected practitioners as well as studying Remedial massage, Spinology, NLP and Hypnosis.
Alex's understanding of the mind and body has helped him and many other people take their lives back.
