Serena is a Remedial Massage Therapist & Sports Massage Therapist.
She graduated from the University of Pavia, Italy in 2014 in Sport & Exercise Science. She migrated to Australia that same year & continued her education by obtaining a Diploma in Remedial Massage in Adelaide.
Serena has worked in a variety of settings, including sport, clinical & aged care.
She can use a wide range of techniques including relaxation, deep tissue, soft tissue release / mobilisation, trigger point & myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, muscle stretching techniques (including PNF), myofascial cupping, passive joint mobilisation & pregnancy / prenatal massage.
Serena holds a provider number for private health fund claiming & is a member of the Association of Massage Therapists Australia. She speaks Italian & English.
