Carolyn studied Massage in 2003 (Cert 4) and has gone on to complete her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2005, studying at Eastern Health Training. Treatments are made up of Remedial Massage Techniques, stretches and exercises. Modalities include Sustained Myofascial Stretching, Deep Tissue Massage, Energy Technique, Sports, Pregnancy, Relaxation, Cupping and Dry Needling.
