Whether you have Chronic Pain or just need a Deep and thorough Remedial Massage, my job is to treat the areas that give you relief from the pain you are experiencing. Together we will work out why that pain is there and get a game plan in place to make sure that pain never comes back again.
When you first come in we will assess the cause of your pain and get straight into the deep and very specific work. Once you are pain free we will start a course of strength training that is tailored just for you.
