My background has been working with people that have physical stresses that relate to their body use in their everyday working environment.
Treatment focus is to release myofascial tension to relieve postural stress, move towards better alignment & movement patterns.
A combination of techniques may be employed to achieve this such as myofascial release, cupping, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, muscle energy technique, facilitated stretching & manual lymphatic drainage.
My role is as a facilitator to direct the body to heal itself.
