Sonja has been a massage therapist since 2009. She completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy as well as Certificate IV in relaxation and sports massage.
Sonja likes to integrate relaxation techniques into her remedial and deep tissue treatments as she believes there is more gain with less pain.
She has a special interest in shoulder dysfunction, lower back pain and pregnancy massage.
Some of the techniques she uses include:

• trigger point therapy
• vacuum cupping
She is currently undertaking an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy.
