Matt is a Musculoskeletal Therapist, working at Move Free M.S.T in Boronia & Lifecare Knox Physiotherapy the past 2 years. MST aims to treat sports injuries as well as chronic muscle and soft tissue injuries by relieving pain, restoring movement & teaching rehabilitation techniques. MST includes Myotherapy and Remedial Massage techniques along with Dry Needling, Electro Therapy and Cupping. Matt focus's on muscle manipulation, increasing your full range of movement, pain relief and core strength. Each session involves a postural assessment, treatment plan and a rehabilitation plan, giving you full understanding of your injury and rehabilitation process. Matt has worked with the NSW U23 Mens Netball Team, Richmond F.C, and currently a sports trainer with the Montrose Football Club in his 4th season. Work cover clients are able to see Matt at Knox Lifecare, and you can claim all your private health benefits at both clinic's.
