"Over the past 14 years of massage I have developed my trade to incorporate western and eastern styles of massage to suit your individual treatment requirements. A combination of all or some of the following modalities are incorporated into my massage. Deep Tissue Trigger Point Therapy Myofascial Release Joint Mobilisation Stretching Muscle Energy Techniques Kinesio taping and functional cupping are also available. I have experience in sports massage and injury management. Being a Registered Massage Therapist with the Australian Natural Therapies Association, I adhere to a code of practice and a high standard of professionalism.
