Kristy is a qualified remedial massage therapist with over 7 years’ experience. Kristy completed her training in WA and has previously worked with elite National Rugby League teams and volunteered at Iron Man Competitions.
She uses a range of massage techniques depending on the client’s condition. These can include sports massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and antenatal / postnatal massage.
Having a strong sports background herself in netball, softball and baseball; Kristy understands the need for remedial massage therapy to assist with injury prevention or rehabilitation. Kristy is a member of the Association of Massage and Myotherapy Australia and is registered with private health funds.
