Elisa has been a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist since 2012. She has also been in Health & Fitness Industry for the last 13 years with BSc in Exercise Sports & Rehabilitation Science. Elisa has a special interest in anatomy; using her knowledge and experience for chronic pain relief, postural patterns and movement restrictions; in a holistic and assertive manner. By assessing the client’s posture statically whilst looking at functional movement; Elisa's treatment uses fascial release techniques to restore balance and stability - focusing on the source of the dysfunction, rather than just where the symptoms present.
