Alissa is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist who has worked in Singapore and Sydney. She works with children with a broad range of communication challenges, with value placed on evidence-based practice. Currently, Alissa is undergoing certification in RDI, a family centred therapy to promote dynamic thinking for those with Autism and other neurological issues. Alissa also serves as a clinical supervisor for Speech Pathology students, and professional mentor to novice Speech Pathology clinicians, both in Sydney and Singapore. Her broad experience means she is sensitive to the individual needs of each client, and works in collaboration with her clients and their families to best serve their needs in the immediate and long term future, and improve their communication to obtain the best quality of life possible.
