I began working as a Western Medical Herbalist in 1997 and added Counselling in 2017. My passion is to support and help clients create great health and wellbeing.
Using a holistically caring approach, attentive listening and working collaboratively with clients in a safe nurturing space. Here we can address issues of concern from mental health, to hormonal, to immunological, to nutrition, to chronic illness, to general well-being.
Catering from babies to the elderly, everyone is unique and so will be cared for as such.
