I have been practicing herbal medicine for over 15 years and remedial massage for over 25 years. For herbal medicine I specialise in treating stress, digestive disorders, musculo-skeletal disorders and lowered immunity. My goal in remedial massage is to treat muscular aches and pains by doing an overall assessment which includes posture and muscle testing. Then a plan of massage work and stretching and strengthening muscles is done to alleviate the issue. Relaxation massage is also done if required for the issue at hand. All systems, diet, lifestyle and emotional factors are reviewed. My clients are mostly business people or retired people who need consistent attention to their health challenges.These customised therapies counteract the effects of accumulated occupational stress that manifests as various ailments in the body.
