Traci is a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Medical Herbalist. She has over 10 year’s experience including the last 5 years at Karuna Maya Medicine Tree.
Naturopathy focuses on maintaining health and preventing disease by identifying and treating the causes of ill-health. It is based on the belief that the human body can heal itself given the optimal environment to enable healing to occur. It is focused on diet and lifestyle and ensuring optimal nutritional support.
Traci is a member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia, and is also a Senior Lecturer at the Southern School of Natural Therapies, the oldest provider of degree level natural health courses in Australia. She has a Science Degree from the University of Melbourne and Post-Graduate qualifications in Psychology in addition to an Advanced Diploma in Health Science (Naturopathy), Diploma of Health Science (Herbal Medicine) and Practitioner Diploma (Nutrition).
