Nandana was born and schooled in Sri Lanka before migrating to Australia with his family in 1992. He served as a medical practitioner and had his initial training in Acupuncture during his last years in the country. Upon arriving in Australia Nandana undertook further studies to qualify as a registered acupuncturist and pursued with enthusiasm to accomplish his studies to complete a Master degree in Chinese Herbal Medicine. As a registered acupuncturist and herbalist with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia governed by the Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA), Nandana is committed to provide health care of a very high standard by safely serving the needs on a holistic basis with a positive approach at each consultation. He maintains an environment conducive to healing by adhering to the highest standard of professional ethics towards his patients and addresses not only the presenting symptoms but the underlying cause with long term health goals in mind.
