Kelly spent the first few years of her career involved in many sporting teams and treated the players of the First Grade Cronulla Sharks NRL team. She has since developed a passion for family wellness, especially pregnancy and paediatric care (kids care). She has up-skilled and certified in Pregnancy Care with the latest low force techniques – to allow all pregnant women a pain free pregnancy and a beautiful birth - “I enjoy the extra challenge of the ever changing pregnant body and the hormonal and structural changes it brings with it”.
Techniques Kelly uses include Diversified, Thompson Drop, Flexion Distraction, Activator, Soft tissue therapies including Active Release Technique (ART), Kinesio-Taping, Musculoskeletal Acupuncture, orthotic prescription, nutrition advice, Logan Basic Technique, Webster technique for pregnancy and the low force Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) including pelvic blocking and cranial work.
