Clinical Psychologist
Tegan completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society ( APS) and the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. Her main areas of interest include anxiety, depression, self esteem, adjustment to medical illness, life transitions and pain management. Tegan has worked in a broad range of clinical settings, including an acute psychiatric unit, CATT, MST, a residential psychosocial rehabilitation centre and psychology clinics. She is trained in CBT, and works within a CBT framework, in addition to drawing upon her training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. Tegan works with her clients to assist them to develop tools, insight and practical strategies to enable them to make positive changes in their lives.
