Associate dentist, Dr Tara Lagos, was welcomed to the Maven Dental Evatt team in April 2015. Dr Lagos graduated from Griffith University in 2013, and holds a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Graduate Diploma in Dentistry (receiving the Griffith University Academic Excellence Award).
Prior to joining the Evatt practice in her hometown of Canberra, Dr Lagos gained valuable experience working at Nepean Hospital in Sydney where she practiced general and emergency dentistry. During this time she took part in a clinical rotation at the Paediatric Department at Westmead Centre for Oral Health. Dr Lagos has also volunteered in remote clinics across rural Queensland and Vanuatu.
Dr Lagos enjoys getting to know her patients and helping to make a positive impact on their lives. She is passionate about fostering fun and positive dental experiences, and ensures she takes the time to understand the individual needs of her patients.
