Dr Kala Raj
Dr Raj graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide. She has also completed BSc Dent (Honours) from University of Adelaide , which is a research degree in Forensic Dentistry. In her final year of BDS, she was selected as one of the top students to do an academic program in Prince Philip Dental School at Hong Kong University. She was sponsored by the Australian Dental Association, The University of Adelaide, the Academy of Dentistry International and the International College of Dentistry.
After completing her BDS, Dr Raj worked in the public health service for a while and then moved into private practice. She has been working as a dentist in the Illawarra for 23 years, and she has been based in Dapto for nearly 17years.
She enjoys various aspects of dentistry especially complex restorative procedures such as crowns and bridges. She keeps up to date with advancing technology and research in dentistry.
