Joining our team at Maven Dental Maryborough in 2019, Dr Karl Ko is a compassionate clinician that loves seeing the positive impact that a confident smile makes to his patients. Karl believes that every patient should be comfortable during their visit and likes developing unique solutions to improve their oral health.
Born in Taiwan, Karl moved to Brisbane with his family at a young age and grew up in the Queensland capital. Dr Ko graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health before completing his Graduate Diploma of Dental Science. He is passionate about learning and improving in the dental industry and wishes to further his knowledge in implant dentistry in the future.
Karl enjoys the problem solving that is involved with dentistry. He loves being challenged by complex extractions and as such has a keen interest in surgical extractions. He also enjoys the aesthetic side of dentistry and seeing his patients confidence increase with their new smile.
