Stelios' experience as a Dietitian in private practice has continued uninterrupted since 2011 where he has helped thousands of clients to modify their eating behaviours. He has published two research publications in nutrition journals following a successful honours degree in nutritional physiology alongside Omega-3 expert Professor Peter Howe and gained his nutrition and dietetic qualification at Flinders University.
He consults with individual clients in General Practice rooms across Adelaide, advising on individualised dietary strategies to help clients better manage a chronic disease by changing their eating behaviours.
Stelios has a special interest in eating disorder treatment and works closely with specialised psychologists to contribute to the recovery of children, adolescents and adults living with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder.
