Fantastic clinic - I am terrified of dentists but both Faris and his colleague have been so patient, gentle and understanding. So much so that I almost feel asleep during the last appointment! Would definitely recommend.
Not as thorough as my previous dentist, ran late, didn't explain the treatment
Very thorough and reassuring as well as personable.
Efficient polite helpful during a crisis
Helpful and very efficient
This is by far the best dental office I've been to! Dr. Faris is very gentle and professional! The whole staff is super friendly and make u feel comfortable during your whole visit! Very clean office and nicely organised. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends (:
Patient First Attitude! Dr. Faris is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry he can offer. He has videos I could watch while getting my teeth worked on. I would recommend Dr. Faris to anyone who needs a dentist!
Excellent practice. I've already booked another visit.
Dr Nobari is a very professional and caring dentist. I'm always very anxious going to the dentist and he has always shown patience and flexibility with my needs and treatments.
Too much promotion of teeth whitening and invisalign. Unnecessary to have the tv in waiting room playing these ads on loop would rather have regular tv on. No need to have question about teeth whitening and straightening in patient form and then be asked about it again by dentist. Too pushy. If I want these procedures I will bring them up.
Thank you for your comment, we always appreciate comments whether positive or negative.
The Tv at the reception area delivers educational videos. For example in Invisalign case, this is to show that a new contemporary and invisible method is available and traditional braces (which is actually one of the services that we provide at Teeth Plus Clinic) is no longer the only way to straighten the teeth.
In terms of a normal TV for entertaining, We have a TV mounted on the ceiling of the operation room, so when our patients lie back on the chair, they can watch the TV. We usually play a classic music and for kids a cartoon (my favourite one is Ice Age!)
At the bottom of our medical history there is a question which asks:
"Are you happy with your teeth colour and your smile?"
If the answer is along the lines of "No" or " Could be whiter or straighter" then I present all the suitable options to the patient. otherwise there would be no discussion in that regards.
Thanks again for the feedback.
