Sarah is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, having completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise Science) and a Masters of Exercise Physiology in 2015. Since graduation, Sarah has built skills in clinical rehabilitation, balance and falls prevention, clinical Pilates and working within the NDIS framework for patients with varying disabilities. Sarah is passionate about the concept of exercise as medicine. She has a special interest in exercise prescription for foot/ankle injuries, knee conditions, lower back pain, shoulder injuries and postural imbalances. With a patient and caring approach, Sarah loves helping clients integrate regular physical activity into their lives, or helping them continue to do the sport they love. Sarah has a personal background in tennis, having played in tournaments around NSW, and has more recently discovered a passion for running. On an artistic note, Sarah explores the Blue Mountains from behind a camera lens.
