Born in Ballarat, Liana's love of physical activity inspired her to study human movement which was her ticket to the big smoke Melbourne! With a Bachelor of Physio & further studies in Spinal Physio, Clinical Pilates, Dry Needling & Acupuncture, she enjoys working with complex spinal & joint conditions. Her strength lies in using functional movement as a therapy for pain. As a mother and wife to a professional athlete, Liana follows a holistic approach and understands the importance of a balanced, well functioning & cared for body. She loves educating her clients on the bio-mechanics of the body and finding balance between a strong, yet flexible body to overcome life’s stress & strains. She ensures her clients strive for quality of movement over quantity. Liana is a warm, compassionate therapist who motivates her clients to be the best version of themselves.
