Daniel Gilham (Director and Physiotherapist) Dan graduated from La Trobe University with a double degree in Applied Sciences and Master in Physiotherapy Practice. His physio pursuits were catalysed by an ACL injury (incurred during competitive basketball) and a wish to aid patients with their own rehabilitative goals. This lead to Dan’s transition from work as a qualified electrician to a career in Physiotherapy. Dan strives to approach physiotherapy in a very patient-centred manner. Nothing pleases him more than seeing his patients achieve their goals. Dan has worked closely with basketballers, footballers, swimmers and powerlifters. Consequently, he has strong understandings in biomechanics, load management and related programming. Dan takes immense satisfaction from implementing evidence-based practices in the treatment of acute/persistent pain, muscular strains, ligamentous sprains, tendon/fasciopathies and joint pathologies.
