• Had an extra appointment that I don’t think I needed, to be assessed then assessed again but maybe that’s part of it. However all other dealings have been pleasant and informative. Run late a lot though and being afternoon appointments perhaps a phone or text to arvise of delay would be helpful. Understand that’s hard to predict though.
