Simon was first introduced to the concepts of Chiropractic during a 1995 visit to Nepal, to trek Everest. It was during this venture that he spent time with a fellow hiker and chiropractor – who would reshape his perspective on preventative healthcare for the better. This prompted Simon’s enrollment into a 5-year double degree to become a qualified chiropractor.
After a number of international and national postings, Simon returned home to open SAS Allied Healthcare in 2009 with two clinics located in Craigie & Jindalee. He then put into practice the ethos that each patient will be listened to openly and treated as an individual.
In his early career Simon worked as an exercise physiologist and rehabilitation provider after completing his Masters Degree in Human Movement at UWA. His employers included LA Fitness in London and Utopian Whole Health & Fitness in Shenton Park. Sports-bio mechanics have provided Simon with an extra dimension when diagnosing/treating musculoskeletal conditions
