I have been practicing as a chiropractor since graduating from Maquarie University in 2005. I was drawn to the field of chiropractic because it represented a holistic way of looking at health and healing that made sense to me. Since that time I have worked with thousands of people of all ages and walks of life to experience better quality of life through the use of gentle techniques that honour the inner intelligence and healing power of the human body.
My methods include using low-force, instrument-based and light touch chiropractic adjustments (not manual spinal manipulation), kinesiology (muscle testing) and techniques such as NET (neuro-emotional technique), TRT (Torque Release Technique), NIS (Neurological Integration System; NIS) and Activator technique.
