Steve has been working in the Raymond Terrace/Port Stephens community as a chiropractor for the past 5 years. It has always been a dream of his to own and run his own chiropractic clinic and Avalanche Chiropractic is the result. Having completed his Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in 2014, a degree which requires 5 years of clinically demanding study and research, he has been using and refining these skills in practice to help his clients. Steve has a particular interest in sport and sports injuries but enjoys treating patients of any age.
"My passion for Chiropractic started as a teenager. I was an active sportsperson that suffered from my fair share of niggling injuries. After seeing multiple styles of healthcare providers, I found the most effective, and fastest relief, was with Chiropractic care. After treatment I felt taller, lighter and had heaps more energy. The more I researched it, the more interested I became in the neurological aspect of Chiropractic Care."
