Sharon believes we all benefit from talking with someone who will listen without judgment and accept us as who we are. Her clients are provided with a warm, non judgmental space, and are allowed to explore the issues that may be preventing them from living a more fulfilling life. Sharon holds both a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, and uses a variety of approaches to assist her clients, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness based techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialetical Behavioural Therapy. Sharon works with many difficulties such as grief, anxiety, depression, drug dependence, social anxiety, relationship issues, work place bullying, family of origin issues, trauma, phobias as well as many other issues. She is open to discuss any issues you wish, and sees therapy as a collaboration between you both.
