She has many years’ experience in providing nutritional education and care for children with a range of complex conditions. She has also been involved in lecturing, tutoring and clinical supervision to Nutrition and Dietetic Students from Flinders University. Rachel has a special interest in food allergies and intolerances. Rachel’s patients value her helpful guidance and commitment to seeing each child thrive especially when facing the challenge of food allergies and intolerances.
