My medical journey began as a medical student at Monash University in 1988. I subsequently finished medical training in 1993 and went on to have further training at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne. From there, I commenced general surgical training and subsequently specialised in ear, nose and throat head and neck surgery, obtaining my fellowship from The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2004. From there, my family and I spent a year in London, where I undertook a specialty head and neck fellowship and returned to Australia in 2005, commencing private and public practice in Melbourne and Ballarat. Since arriving in Ballarat, I have enjoyed being a part of the Ballarat community and servicing the paediatric and adult ear, nose and throat needs of Ballarat and the surrounding regions of Western Victoria.
