I am a dietitian, nutritionist and exercise physiologist. I specialise in weight management and the chronic diseases commonly associated with overweight and obesity. My PhD explored the psychology behind weight management and how health professionals can better support their patients to achieve long-term lifestyle change, such as improvements to diet, exercise, sleep, stress and mindfulness. As I am trained in both dietetics and exercise physiology you can be assured of professional, individual and evidence-based care with a holistic health and wellness focus. I have worked in a broad range of clinical fields including private practice, corporate health, hospital and community-base settings.
