Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science (UTS) Masters of Exercise Physiology (USYD) With a Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, a Bachelors Degree in Sports and Exercise Science along with 18 years of competing in gymnastics, Stephanie has had over a decade of first-hand experience surrounding musculoskeletal rehabilitation, high performance training and physiological principles. Beginning her journey as an Artistic gymnast, Stephanie transitioned over to Aerobic gymnastics by the age of 8 and earned her first selection into the Australian National team at age 12. Since then, she has been fortunate enough to travel the world competing at various European and world championships, with her best placing being at the 2019 world championships where she placed 2nd in the open women’s category. Stephanie’s passion for working with musculoskeletal conditions as well as athletes, comes from her own heart-felt experiences of set backs due to potential career ending injuries and surgeries.
