As an exercise physiologist, it is my privilege to work with people to assist them to use exercise to improve their quality of life. I prescribe and supervise clinical, evidence-based exercise using both progressive resistance and aerobic training to help people manage their health and achieve their life and fitness goals. I have developed a special interest in assisting people with managing metabolic conditions such as metabolic syndrome, obesity and diabetes. This includes teaching my clients strategies that will help to ensure exercise becomes a regular part of their lifestyle.
