Sarah has a passionate interest in rehabilitation using functional exercise to improve the health and well being of her clients in helping them to achieve their goals. Sarah method aims to build a foundation of stability and strength, and develop healthy movement patterns in order to prevent or rehabilitate injury. She currently runs Pilates classes with a strong focus on improving posture, spinal health and flexibility.
