Established in 2012 by Donna Lindsay, Bodhi and Co (formerly Oceandina Health and Rehabilitation Clinic) is a health and wellness hub with a wide variety of services offered to clients, including musculoskeletal injury treatment, Pregnancy and post-partum treatment, personal training and nutrition services. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years, having successfully run my own mobile personal training business in Melbourne CBD and previously working as the Community Health Coordinator and Group Fitness manager of a large sports facility before moving back to Geelong to open my own health clinic. My passion lies within helping and educating a wide range of individuals to reach their full potential in their health and wellness also injury management and treatment. Bodhi and Co also offers treatment services for TAC and Workcover clients as well as in-house massage for corporate businesses and telehealth
