Vanessa Tanner graduated from Murdoch University in 2021 with a degree in Exercise Physiology. Whilst completing her degree she worked within multiple allied health practices where she discovered her passions towards certain chronic diseases. Vanessa has experience working with NDIS clients, women’s health, type 2 diabeties, and children.
Vanessa prides herself on providing clients with a holistic, well rounded approach to exercise that takes their lifestyle, as well as personal factors, into consideration. She understands the crucial role that setting realistic goals, and identifying barriers plays in ones health and fitness journey. This is something she continually provides support and guidance with during her sessions with clients
