Dr Kristen Riley ( MBBS FRACGP GradDipSportsMed)grew up in Brisbane and graduated from the University of Queensland in 1998. She has over 10 years of General Practice experience in family and sports medicine, as well as extensive prior hospital experience across most specialties, including women’s health and emergency medicine.
Kristen has undertaken additional training in sports medicine (post-graduate diploma at UNSW) and worked with the Queensland Academy of Sport for several years. She has treated and toured with elite athletes and teams representing Queensland and Australia.
Kristen has recently returned from a year in Gladstone, where she worked as a solo practitioner in an occupational health role, with a focus on managing the health and musculoskeletal injuries of workers and families in the region.
Kristen is a member of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and an advocate for preventative medicine.
