I am passionate about helping people achieve their wellness goals, be that recovering from the effects of highly stressful jobs or circumstances, injuries, surgery or support from illnesses or the side effects of modern medicine treatments. My career helping people began in 2002 when I graduated from Nature Care College in Sydney as a remedial massage therapist. I have a proven track record of successfully treating and supporting clients of all ages in relation to the impact on soft tissue of such things as sporting injuries, surgery, pregnancy, chemo and radiation therapy, sedentary jobs and arthritis.
