My primary interest and experience has been women’s health – including fertility, menstrual problems, menopause and assisting people though cancer treatment and beyond. I’m also very interested in children’s, adolescent’s and men’s health.
I hold a Bachelor of Naturopathy from Southern Cross University where I majored in herbal medicine and nutrition and also studied subjects such as anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, pathophysiology and clinical diagnosis. On graduating from SCU I was awarded the Excellence in Naturopathy.
After completing my degree, I practiced at Melbourne Holistic Health Group and undertook extensive post-graduate training in general naturopathic practice and specifically in the area of women’s health.
I am a main contributor to the textbook 'Women, Hormones and the Menstrual Cycle', a definitive guide to natural medicine in women’s health, focusing on common health complaints from adolescence through to menopause and beyond.
