I’m a Naturopath, Counsellor, Health Educator, Homeopath and Herbalist with over 25 years’ experience. It’s my goal to help my clients achieve physical, mental and emotional health.
I believe that every person has the ability to grow, change and strive for greater wellbeing within their life but this physical health can’t exist in the absence of both mental and emotional wellbeing.
I work closely with my clients on not just their physical ailments, but also to understand the drivers behind their physical and emotional illnesses.
I approach each client on a case-by-case basis questioning, researching and testing extensively to determine the underlying cause of their health conditions before I provide detailed treatment options to bring their body and mind back into balance.
My years of experience have enabled me to explore and understand the complexities of the human condition and psyche – knowledge which I use to unlock the immeasurable potential each person has within them.
