Jessica is a passionate and down to earth clinical nutritionist with a bachelor of health science in nutritional medicine.
Jess’s interest and passion for food and nutrition sprung from a very grass-roots upbringing on the south coast of NSW. Good, homegrown food has always been a key part of her life. Her interest grew as she struggled with her own illnesses and was inspired by the way food could be used as medicine, leading to her pursuit of a career in natural health.
Jess believes that good health shouldn’t be hard work. Food is something to be enjoyed fully; from understanding where it comes from, to cooking and preparing it with love, and knowing how it is healing and fueling your body back to balance and health. Therefore, Jess places a high value on the education of her clients about why certain foods and dietary practices are needed for optimum health.
