I am a passionate physiotherapist who deals with mostly complex and chronic musculoskeletal pain. I listen, hear, question and assess every aspect of your life and pain to come to the best diagnosis. Then through evidence based management we gradually and progressively find the solution to manage your pain.
I strongly believe the only way to treat chronic pain is to treat the whole person. I'm not a personal trainer, nutritionist, doctor, surgeon or medical specialist but I communicate with all involved in your health management and treat each person as they require. I regularly assist with joint pain associated with complex health issues such as cancer, rheumatoid arthritis and poly myalgia, creating weekly/monthly plans for goal directed achievements.
I also work at the pace that each patient needs, some may be over a couple of weeks, others over a couple of years.
