Ni’ia’s diverse career and completion of post graduate training in manual therapy, exercise prescription, clinical pilates and dry needling have equipped her with a large knowledge base and expert skill set for treating musculoskeletal conditions.
Ni'ia is an accomplished runner who has competed at national level and continues to regularly compete in middle distance running in Victoria. She is passionate about running and enjoys sharing her expertise on the management of running injuries and optimisation of running biomechanics.
She regularly hosts running based workshops and conducts running analysis, working with runners of all abilities to create conditioning programmes that help them run more efficiently and without injury.
Ni'ia aims to provide a complete and thorough approach to treatment, whether she is treating runners with knee injuries, desk based workers suffering from a sore back or neck, or those that need pre or post operative rehabilitation.
